薄膜太阳能电池的制备及其特性研究。

薄膜太阳能电池因其成本低廉、弱光情况下发电性佳、有较好的功率温度系数、较好的光传输和累积发电量以及无明显性能衰退等优势,将是未来太阳能电池的发展方向。本人就职于光伏材料与功能薄膜实验室,其CIGS太阳能电池的光电转化效率已经达到13.8%,处于国内领先水平。
