功能氧化物薄膜和异质结制备
氧化物薄膜与界面的新颖物性及其调控
氧化物多铁功能材料
氧化物自旋电子材料

重点关注功能氧化物薄膜、界面和纳米结构的制备、新颖物性及应用。利用激光分子束外延生长手段实现功能氧化物体系在原子尺度的精确设计和制备,进而对其物理特性和应用进行研究和探索。我们关注该领域的若干重要问题,如多铁性功能材料、氧化物自旋电子材料、介电压电材料等。一系列代表性成果在 Physics Review Letters, PNAS, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials等杂志上发表,目前共发表论文26篇,引用1300余次。多次受邀在国际学术会议做邀请报告,包括美国物理学会 (APS) 三月份年会会议、欧洲材料学会(EMRS)秋季会议、国际磁学会议 (ICM)等。主持中组部青年千人项目。
